Who doesnt love amenites!
Lets face it, renting in OC can be pricey so we want to make sure you get a good value for your money by offering as much as possible so you don't have to bring your own or have additional expenses. We will not make you buy beach tags, bring or rent your own linens/towels, go home with dirty laundry or even bring your own beach chairs!
Linens and Towels
We will provide you with ample bath towels and bed linens for the bed and pull out couch.
Kitchen, Laundry and Bath
Kitchen- fully stocked with quality dinnerware, utensils, cooking supplies etc. We will even supply limited wraps/foils, tupperware, paper products, etc. Keurig, toaster, microwave also in unit.
Laundry- we have a washer/dryer inside the unit and will supply you with limited laundry detergent
Bath- hair dryer, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and extra toilet paper!
Beach Gear
4 beach tags will be included in your rental stay. A beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs are also available for use
Internet and TV
Access to WiFi, internet, streaming services. Use your own account or use our Guest account. We have a Roku TV wtih HULU Live TV, Amazon Prime, and Netflix
Heating/Cooling
Ceiling fans in each room and central air/heat throughout.
